What you bought, what's assigned, and what's actually used
Evidence-graded license positions for every product
kinetic8 reconciles purchased, assigned, and active seats for every licensed product — and grades the evidence before showing a number, so you can reclaim idle seats and catch true-up risk with confidence rather than guesswork.
Why it matters
Bought vs. assigned vs. active
For each product, see seats purchased, seats assigned, and seats with observed activity in the last 90 days — alongside the contract cost and renewal date you record against the entitlement.
Evidence before numbers
Every position is graded verified, partial, or unverifiable. Reclaimable seats are withheld when sign-in data is stale or missing, the product is free, it works without a sign-in, or the seat is group-assigned — kinetic8 holds back a number rather than guess at one.
Recommendations with a decision trail
Reclaim idle seats, reduce at renewal, cover true-up exposure, or fix a collection gap. Each recommendation is accepted, rejected, or marked not valid, and the decision history is kept.
